Manaspariya Press Guild's Foundation Day Celebrations

Poets Muzammil Sikdar and Farida Yasmin's poetry book released

Barpeta Road : The Manaspariya Press Guild, covering a larger area of Barpeta and Baksa districts, celebrated its foundation day for the year 2021 on Tuesday. The guild's new office are open, the website was unveiled, the Poets' Conference namely ‘Grshmot Kobitar Amez’ and book released in line with the foundation day. According to the programme, president Majharul Islam hoisted the guild flag after the morning's swach abhiyan. The forest officer of Bashbari Range of Manas National Park Babul Brahma of planting saplings and opened the door of new office. 


Opening the door, Brahma made important remarks on the responsibilities of the media, journalists and journalists of recent times. The poet's conference and book released ceremony namely Grishmot Kobitar Amez' was held and preside by the President Mazharul Islam and hosted by Hayat Ali, founder president and chief advisor of the guild. In the event the third collection of poems by budding poet Mozammil Sikdar, 'Chitar Jui' and Farida Yasmin's second collection of poems, 'Rang Bihin Uthjuri' released by Dr Hafiz Ahmed, President, Char-Chapori Sahtya Parishad. 


The function hosted by general secretary Saiyad Bulbul Jamanur Hoque and former Barpeta Road Press Club President Mohammad Sikdar, Subhash Sutradhar, Principal, Howly Normal School, Korban Ali Choudhary, retired teacher and folk culture researcher, budding poet Nuruzzaman Haque, Bahadur Islam, Sabita Begum, Qazi Neel, Minhaj Uddin and many poets read self-written poems in different languages and made the event.
