Misuse of power in a match with the accused by Kalgachia Police

Letter to the Director General of Police for providing social security. 

Guwahati : The families of Hasan Ali of Tapeshwara village under Barvitha Uot Post and Kalgachia police station in Barpeta district, who were denied justice, have raised some explosive charges against the local police. Today, a press meet was organized at the Press Club in Dispur and Hasen Ali's son Ayurb Uddin along with photos and more proof able documents. 

Kalgachia Police Station in-charges Bhaskarjyoti Das, Sub Inspector Hashem Ali, Nurul Islam, Barvitha Out Post in-charges Pranav Hazarika, Sub Inspector Dewan Hayat has been accused of misuse the power. 

 

 As mentioned by Ayub Uddin in the news, there has been a land-centric dispute with the Ekabbar Ali sons of the same village for a long time. The sons of Ekabbar Ali have been trying to capture land, ponds and houses at the centre of the land dispute. Sometimes they have taken possession. Sometimes they have been attacking with sharp weapons and attacking Ayub Uddin and his family. The elderly parents, helpless at home, have been severely injured by attempting to kill their lives. Spouses and children have been harassed mentally. The opposition party has been threatening to Father Hasan Ali in the market or Road in various ways. Socially, this issue was decided several times with the social head of the society and the compromise. But it’s not working. 

In this way, Ayub Uddin has scored several times from the local Kalgachia police station and Barvitha police out post and saved help from the working officers. But police officers have asked for help from the officials. Each time he first objected to receiving the FIR and not allowing the date to be mentioned in the FIR and not even a copy of the FIR [received copy]. In addition an FIR filed by Ayub Uddin has not yet been registered. Police on various excuses ask for a huge amount of money from the complainant and the police officers are in different ways making obscene and obscene remarks. On the other hand, a Ayub uddin was not taken away from home by the police and he was arrested for a huge amount of money in the name of bail. So he sent a reminder letter to the the DGP of Assam and Superintend of Police of Barpeta district are seeking a good investigation into the whole incident and seeking social security as well as justice.
