Age Criteria: Candidates should be 21 to 30 years of age for Overseer posts and 18 to 25 years for Draughtsman posts and 18 to 23 years for Constable Rank Posts as on 05.05.2017. Age relaxation are applicable as per CRPF recruitment rules.
Education Qualification:
SI/ Overseer – Candidates should have passed Intermediate with 3 years Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized Board/Institution or university or equivalent. Get more details regarding qualification refer the CRPF notification.
ASI/ Draughtsman– Candidates should be passed Matric with English, General Science and Mathematics from a recognized board with three years diploma in Draughtsman Course (Civil/ Mechanical Engineering) from a Govt. recognized Polytechnic.
Constable Rank Posts– Candidates should have Minimum matriculation / Xth class pass or equivalent from a recognized Board, or university recognized by the Central or State Govt.Along with One year experience in respective trades i.e. Massonry, Carpentry, Painting, Plumbing or Electrician.
Mode of Selection:
Candidates will be selected on the basis of Physical Standard Test,Skill Test and Medical Examination.
Scale of Pay/Salary: Selected candidates will get pay monthly emoluments of Rs. 9300 – 34800 & Grade Pay Rs. 4200/ for Sub Inspectors(SI) Rank, Rs.5200- 20200 plus Grade Pay Rs.2800 for ASI Post and Rs.5200 – 20200 & Grade Pay Rs. 2000 for Constable vacancies.
Examination Fees:
Candidates applying for the post of SI/Overseer, ASI/Draughtsman and various ranks of CT/Pioneer (Masson, Plumber, Electrician, Carpenter and Painter) belonging to General(UR)/OBC category should ay examination fee for SI/Overseer : Rs 200/- ,ASI/Draughtsman : Rs 100/-and CT/Pioneer (Masson, Plumber,Electrician, Carpenter and Painter) : Rs 100/-.Fee can be through SBI Challan/Net Banking through any bank or Credit card /Debit Card of any bank.
